BIGHAM ROOF CONSULTING is an independent roof consultant service, not affiliated with any roofing company or roof manufacturer.  It is owned and operated by John T. Bigham, AIA RRC CCS.  Mr. Bigham is a registered architect with thirty years experience and has specialized in roofing and waterproofing projects the last twenty years.  Roofing projects have ranged in size from private residences to industrial plants up to 1,000,000 s.f.  Typical projects are government or commercial, but have included historical restoration as well as other types.  His architectural background has given him the ability to address problems that are indirectly related to the roof or appear to be related to the roof, such as faulty masonry or through-wall flashing.  Waterproofing projects have ranged from new wastewater treatment plants to solving long term leaking problems in century old buildings.  He is a Registered Roof Consultant with the Roof Consultants Institute, one of only six in Tennessee and one of  250 in the nation.  He is also a Certified Construction Specifier with the Construction Specifications Institute.
